MOSTACCIOLI SALAD
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Heat the above ingredients in a sauce pan to melt the sugar. Set aside to cool.
- 1 box mostacciloli noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, any color, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 small head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 small head broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 celery, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix altogether with the sauce from above and let marinate for at least a few hours, 24 is even better.
