- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
- 1 Large box cheese crouton (Pepperidge Farm Cheese Croutons)
- 3 cups milk
- 10 eggs
- 1 bunch green onion chopped (to taste)
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Place croutons in 9/13″ pan. Beat eggs and then beat in milk, green onion and spices. Pour over croutons.
Brown sausage, drain well. Sprinkle over egg mixture and then top with grated cheese. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
